Give every hour a job.
Intentional is the ledger of your life. Choose the few things that truly matter, give your hours to them, block distractions, and see, honestly, how much of your life went where you meant it to.

The thing nobody says out loud
Nobody wastes their life.
They let it drift.
An hour on the phone. Two in front of the TV. A whole evening that went nowhere. None of it chosen, none of it remembered. Each hour feels like nothing. Add them up.
of your waking life, over the next 40 years.
Based on 16 waking hours a day and 40 more years. It’s simple arithmetic, and that’s the point.
Most apps help you do more.
Intentional helps you live on purpose.
None of them asks the only question that matters: what was this hour for?
How it works
Nothing you do is loose.
Every hour lands on a habit or a task, which moves a goal, which builds a pillar of your life. Nothing floats.
Choose your pillars.
Very few things actually matter. Name them: your body, your mind, your money, your craft. Everything else is noise, and Intentional treats it that way.
- 3 to 5 pillars, chosen by you
- One goal in each, with a deadline you can see coming
- “On track”, “ahead” or “behind”, never red

Give your hours to them.
Start a session on a habit or a task. Flick burns with you while the hour is protected, and every minute is written to the goal and the pillar it built.
- Block the apps you choose while you work
- Missed your 7:00? “Do it now”, or take a rest day
- Streaks that forgive one skip a week

Face your week.
Every Sunday evening, three honest minutes: the hours each pillar really got, the habits you kept, your best day. Then decide what next week is for.
- One accountability partner gets your week
- If you go quiet, they ask why

Watch your life add up.
A record that only grows: every hour you’ve ever given to the life you chose, month by month, with the goals you finished and what they took. The flame grows with it, from Spark to Sun.

Why I’m building this
“I believe very few things actually matter in life. We have pillars, where each of our waking hours should go. All the rest is simply noise.”
Day one
Most people never decide.
- I decide to stop drifting through my days.
- From today, my hours go to the life I chose.
- I will show up every day, even when it’s only for a few minutes.
- This is who I am becoming.
Hold to commit
You just made a promise to yourself.
Now let’s keep it. Be first when Intentional opens.
